SANDESH ARYAN
Chief Managing Director
Sandesh Aryan holds an MBA degree in real estate management from the Mysuru University. He is born and bought up in business community family.

A man of many facets, Sandesh’s leadership and business skills have been at the fore right from his youth. He has led the NCC group at college and helped his father to grew his business into multi fold at the age of just 14 years. He is an invitee at many conferences and involved in many social activities especially for underprivileged society.
His ability to make a deal and take all people along with him makes him a distinct business leader. His innovation and execution of residential, apartment, villa and commercial projects is par with excellence and created a name for Marvella Buildtech in a very short time. He believes that great leaders don’t see themselves as great but as human which reflects in his humble behavior with all.
SAGAR V N
Senior Project Manager
Sagar has done Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Nagarjuna College of Engineering and Technology, Bangalore. He has 10 years of versatile experience in the construction field. To his credit, he has successfully been a part of the team and contributed with all his experience in the execution of project works by utilizing all aspects and ensuring the property living area gets at least 20% more space which loved by all.

GOPI GANESHAN
Operations Head
Since the inception of Marvella Buildtech, Gopi has significantly contributed to the success of our business. He has started his career in real estate segment since more than a decade. He has combined his hard work with smart work and handled more than 36 projects. He drives the real estate core activities in creating aspired property as per the all-stakeholders objectives.
Thulasikumar Yalla
Construction Manager
He works with all the stake holders and ensures the quality of the civil construction happens as per the plan by managing construction workers and sourcing materials. Comes with more than a decade of experience in building apartments, Villas, individual houses and commercial properties.
Sandeep N. Setty
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Sandeep N. Setty has been with Marvella Buildtech and has over 15 years of experience in business, accounting, finance, and risk management.

He has done his B.E (Electronic and Communication), MBA (in finance and entrepreneurship), and many corporate and personal financial planning certificates to grow and sustain the business growth.

He is a member of a world-class global financial mentorship program on advanced financial strategies. He has helped more than 500 business owners and affluent families build wealth and keep it. This diversified background made us choose him as a chief financial consultant to track cash flow and financial planning, analyze the company's financial strengths and weaknesses, and propose corrective actions.
